Where we ship We currently ship within Australia only.

Processing times Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1 business day of payment. Made-to-order items require 3-4 days to produce before dispatch.

Delivery times Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Local pickup We also offer local pickup from Campbelltown NSW. Select this option at checkout — we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Tracking Where available, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to take responsibility for delays or losses. Please contact us at westandwonder@outlook.com and we'll do our best to help.
