By placing an order with West & Wonder, you agree to the following terms.

Products All items are handcrafted and may vary slightly from photos. Custom and made-to-order items are created specifically for you and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Orders & Payment Full payment is required at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, with a full refund issued.

Turnaround Times Made-to-order items typically take 3-4 days to produce before dispatch. We'll notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping We ship within Australia. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers once your order has been dispatched.

Refunds & Returns Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Custom and personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect. Please contact us at westandwonder@outlook.com if there's an issue.
